Tell us which browser you use, the file format, the action you were taking and the message shown on screen. A screenshot without confidential geometry can help explain a display issue. Do not send passwords or confidential model files.
Before contacting us
Try an included sample to check whether the viewer works in your browser. For multi-file formats, select the required materials, buffers and textures together. See the user guide for controls, measurement modes and local storage.
The viewer processes local models on your device. Contacting us by email is separate from opening a file in VIEW3D; the viewer does not automatically attach your model to a message.
